Truss Painter

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truss Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality primer to metal trusses used in construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each truss meets our standards for durability, appearance, and safety. Duties Prepare trusses for painting by cleaning and/or sanding Operate paint sprayers to apply coatings evenly and efficiently Handle materials safely with proper materials handling technique Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to coordinate workflow and meet production deadlines Follow safety protocols rigorously, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, gloves, and eye protection Skills Proficiency with industrial painting techniques including paint spraying Experience operating forklifts a plus Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and materials handling is a plus Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly of structural components like trusses is a plus but not necessary Warehouse experience is a plus for managing inventory of paints, coatings, and supplies Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship by applying your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
