Fiberglass Finishing Painter

Holland Fiberglass is seeking an experienced Painter to join our production team. This position involves preparing and painting fiberglass products using a variety of techniques, including automotive-style finishing and scenic painting. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and can consistently produce high-quality finishes. Key Responsibilities Prepare fiberglass surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, masking, and priming. Apply paint, clear coats, and specialty finishes using spray equipment, brushes, rollers, and other painting tools. Perform automotive-style paint work, refinishing, and color matching as needed. Create decorative, scenic, themed, and custom paint finishes for unique projects. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and appearance standards are met. Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment. Assist with other production tasks and projects as needed. Requirements Previous painting experience is required. Experience in automotive painting and refinishing, collision repair painting, industrial spray painting, scenic painting, decorative finishes, or other related painting fields. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work in a manufacturing environment. Must be willing to wear a respirator (clean-shaven face required for proper fit). Why Join Us?
