Cerakote technicians are responsible for applying these coatings to various firearm parts. This role typically requires knowledge of firearm parts, preparation, paint, and surface treatment, as well as ensuring that coatings are applied with precision for both performance and aesthetic purposes. Specific duties may include preparing the surface of firearms, mixing and applying Cerakote, curing the coating, and conducting quality control checks to ensure the finish meets company standards. Experience in coating applications, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are crucial for this role Responsibilities
  • Operating paint robot
  • Perform daily inspection and maintenance on all equipment
  • Loading and unloading
  • Paint robot cell
  • Painting parts manually as needed. Qualifications & Knowledge Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • At least a vocational high school diploma (machine technology, computerized machine manufacturing, industrial molding, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team; "hands on" as necessary.
  • Capable of operating in an evolving and often unstructured environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
