This role focuses on preparing, spraying, finishing, and inspecting custom cabinetry to ensure every piece meets a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with wood finishing, spray equipment, stains, lacquers, paints, and clear coats, along with a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, sand, and clean wood surfaces for finishing Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, paints, and clear coats Use spray guns and finishing equipment properly and safely Perform touch-ups and final inspections Maintain smooth, consistent, high-quality finishes Work with the production team to keep projects moving Keep the finishing area clean, organized, and safe Assist with specialty finishes, restoration, or touch-up work as neededQualifications:
3+ years of cabinet finishing, woodworking, or painting experience Strong experience with spray equipment and finishing tools Ability to produce smooth, even finishes on cabinetry and millwork Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Safety-conscious and able to maintain a clean work areaWhy Join Us:
