Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve an industrial manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work and has experience with industrial painting, facility maintenance, or commercial construction. If you've worked in industrial maintenance, commercial painting, construction, or facility upkeep, we'd like to talk with you. Responsibilities Paint safety lines, walkways, and designated work areas throughout the facility Prepare concrete floors using floor grinders and other surface preparation equipment Remove old paint, coatings, and floor markings Remove and reinstall safety railings using drills and common hand tools Perform general facility repairs and maintenance projects Work safely while following all plant safety procedures What We're Looking For Experience with industrial, commercial, or construction painting Comfortable using floor grinders, drills, grinders, and other power tools Experience performing facility maintenance or construction-related work Able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Experience Industrial facilities maintenance Commercial or industrial painting Concrete surface preparation General construction or renovation work Installation of guardrails, handrails, or safety barriers
