Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously by sanding, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools Perform auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel alignment, and welding to restore vehicles to their original condition Conduct buffing, polishing, and detailing to achieve a high-gloss finish that highlights the vehicle's beauty Assist with auto glass replacement and repairs as needed to ensure safety and quality standards are met Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for various repair and finishing tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proven dealership experience or auto body shop background demonstrating expertise in auto painting and repair processes Strong welding skills coupled with mechanical knowledge for vehicle restoration projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers Knowledge of auto maintenance procedures and auto estimating processes for accurate repairs Experience with auto glass installation, detailing, buffing, and heavy lifting techniques Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about work progress and quality standards Ability to perform auto restoration tasks with precision while adhering to safety guidelines Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship!
