Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation:

Clean, sand, mask, and tape surfaces to ensure a smooth, clean finish.

Paint Application:

Expertly apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns and related equipment.

Color Matching:

Mix paints and match colors accurately to factory specifications, using color charts or computerized equipment.

Quality Control:

Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections such as runs, sags, or unpainted areas, performing corrections as needed.

Maintenance:

Clean and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing required protective gear (e.g., masks, respirators) and ensuring proper ventilation.

Team Collaboration:

Work with body repair technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive paint environment. Proficiency in using spray painting equipment and power tools. Strong knowledge of various paint types and blending techniques. Excellent color matching skills. Valid driver's license.
