Grounds Person/Maintenance Assistant (SHEN)

A growing property management group is looking for a full-time grounds person/maintenance assistant for a multi-family property in Georgia. If you have previous experience in handling apartment make readies and maintenance issues, then we would like to speak with you! A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image which includes cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas; maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas; snow removal; and pool cleaning or routine pool maintenance. Responsible for providing world class customer service by addressing the concerns and maintenance needs of our residents in a friendly and professional manner. The Grounds person may be called upon to the Maintenance staff on other projects as needed. The Grounds person may be required to perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards all company tools and equipment.

Requirements:

1-3 years of maintenance experience in the multi-family industry Complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner. Be professional and courteous Be on time and follow the company's policy and procedures Practice the necessary safety protocols and procedures The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
