at Personnel Plus, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Our client is seeking a motivated individual to train as an Industrial Painter, preparing and painting custom semi-trailers. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, modern shop with quality equipment, a fun, laid-back work environment, and an excellent benefits package upon hire.

Pay and schedule:

Starting at $21/hour or more, depending on experience. Swing shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Work 40 hours per week and enjoy three-day weekends! What you'll do: Prepare semi-trailers for painting by removing grease, dirt, paint, and rust Use abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, and sandblasters Operate spray guns to paint custom semi-trailers Select paint colors according to job specifications and color charts Set up and adjust sprayers for proper paint flow and coating thickness Inspect painted surfaces for scratches, blisters, or streaks and make corrections Properly handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials Perform other related duties as assigned What you'll need: Ability to accurately read a tape measure A dependable and consistent work history Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to follow all workplace safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform highly physical work Ability to pass a drug screening All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, covered veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
