Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE Position SummaryOur client, a leading global designer and manufacturer of audiovisual solutions, is seeking a Painter

•Powder Coating to support its finishing operations and help maintain high standards for coating quality, efficiency, and production output.

The ideal candidate will have powder coating or industrial painting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for monitoring coating quality, preparing equipment for color changes, maintaining material inventory, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesApply powder coating in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Monitor coating quality, including appearance, adhesion, and cure.

Perform basic chemical testing to support coating process requirements.

Prepare painting equipment for color changes between production batches.

Monitor inventory of powder coating and related materials.

Follow established painting and coating procedures to maintain consistent quality.

Understand how coating quality impacts downstream manufacturing processes and the end customer.

Support departmental productivity and quality goals.

Communicate effectively with the Paint Line Manager and other departments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Follow all applicable safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
