Here's what we're looking for. 2-5 years of experience in powder coating or industrial painting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents Strong attention to detail and quality standards Experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement Associate degree or technical training preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform powder coat painting on steel and aluminum components Conduct quality checks including mil thickness, adhesion/scratch tests, color match, and oven temperatures Set up and adjust spray equipment, ovens, and cleaning solutions Verify first-piece inspections and ensure production meets specifications Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and technical documents Train team members on proper hanging, masking, and painting techniques Monitor inventory levels and order paint/supplies as needed Maintain accurate documentation, Kanban boards, and production schedules Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines Why This Opportunity?
