at Masterson Staffing in Peoria, Illinois, United States Job Description Operate spray guns to paint or coat products according to internal specifications & job details. Measure and prepare chemicals, coatings or paints per internal specifications and formulas. PM and cleaning on stage 0 to 5 tanks and wash bays. Break down and clean powder spray guns and equipment. Wipe and clean items and surfaces to be finished. Mask, plug critical features like machined holes or other specified features noted on prints or as directed by Lead or Supervisor. Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices or other transport vehicles. Maintain correct part line density and hanging standard as directed by Lead or Supervisor. Visually inspect parts are they are being hung and unhung for scratches and defects, notify Lead or Supervisor of issues. Do not perform rework, unless trained and added to "approved grinder list." Maintain job data as product is hung within Powder Spreadsheet. Ensure proper counts and quantities for finished product as product is being packaged for transportation within Gardena or other Jtec facilities. Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information and make certain all internal loads have proper paperwork. Utilize the correct packaging dunnage or part protection to ensure product is not damaged due to contact with other parts or the containers. Keep the assigned workstation swept and cleaned as necessary; keep clutter and trip hazards out of work areas. Use PPE, per training, as required for the specific task being performed. Other jobs and/or duties as directed by Lead, Coatings Supervisor or other Management.
