We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Fabricator/Painter to join our team. The Sign Fabricator/Painter will be responsible for the production, assembly, and painting of a wide variety of signs including illuminated signs, vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, and more. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble various types of signage (e.g., channel letters, LED signs, monument signs, sign cabinets, vinyl graphics). Operate lifts, cranes, ladders and rigging equipment safely in addition to other equipment such as CNC routers, welders, plotters, saws, drills, and large-format printers. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings. Perform electrical wiring for illuminated signs (if applicable). Cut, shape, and prepare materials including metal, plastic, and wood. Spray Painting Assist with installation as needed (on-site sign mounting and setup).

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication tools. Aluminum and Steel Welding Experience (or related trades such as carpentry or construction). General Electrical Skills with low voltage LED wiring. Comfortable working at heights and outdoors. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for installation support). Must have clean driving record. Excellent attention to detail and time management.
