As a Paint Associate , you will be responsible for painting production items according to work orders, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality finishes while supporting team productivity.

What You'll Do:
Operate and adjust industrial paint sprayers according to work order specifications. Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness. Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
