Role:

HILLTIP INC

is looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN! This is a great opportunity to bring your craftsmanship and attention to detail to a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality and precision matter.

Responsibilities:

Apply industrial coatings, paints, and finishes to metal components and fabricated products Operate spray guns, airless sprayers, and other industrial painting equipment Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials and solvents Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials

Requirements:

Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing painting preferred Familiarity with spray painting equipment and surface preparation techniques Knowledge of industrial coatings, primers, and finishing systems Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or finishing specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper handling of paints and solvents

Benefits:

Monday through Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm Overtime is available - 1 hour per day and every other Saturday Competitive wages (based on experience) Bi-weekly pay (ADP) Attendance bonus 60 day probationary period Upon completion of probationary period the benefits include Uniforms are provided Paid Holidays Unlimited PTO Paid vacation time Paid birthday off Insurance - medical, vision, dental, life 401K with company matching
