Job Description

Paint Technician
  • Pay up to $21/hr

Location:
Noblesville, IN Pay:
$21/hr
Shift:
1st
  • 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd
  • 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM Key Responsibilities Load parts onto racks for the paint line.
Operate and monitor automated paint booth equipment. Perform touch-up painting using spray guns. Inspect painted parts for quality and accuracy. Mix paints and refill paint equipment as needed. Troubleshoot basic paint booth and equipment issues. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Required Qualifications Previous experience working in a paint booth or paint department. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day. Ability to repeatedly lift 30-40 lbs and up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Must own steel-toed or composite-toed work shoes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Skills Spray painting experience Paint preparation experience Knowledge of paint systems and paint shop operations Problem-solving and time management skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN 46060. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
