We're looking for a skilled Painter to join our team and help restore rental equipment to like-new condition. In this role, you'll work with professional paint booths, spray systems, and refinishing tools to transform equipment while contributing to a safe, team-oriented shop environment. 💰 Competitive Benefits | 📅 Monday-Friday Schedule | 🏥 Excellent Healthcare | 📈 Career Stability What You'll Do Prepare equipment and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface restoration. Operate professional paint booths and spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes. Mix, apply, and sand body filler to repair imperfections and prepare surfaces for painting. Perform touch-ups and final inspections to ensure exceptional quality standards. Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed throughout the refinishing process. Maintain paint inventory, materials, and an organized workspace. Support general shop operations and collaborate with team members. Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize provided PPE. ✅ What You Bring 1+ year of automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or equipment painting experience. Experience operating paint booths, paint sprayers, and related equipment. Knowledge of sanding, masking, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. Body filler experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
