What You'll Do:

Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning, priming) Assist painters with staging and setup Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and shop standards Learn advanced painting techniques from experienced professionals

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow into a painter role Previous automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required
