Founded over 150 years ago, with corporate headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, join an organization that understands its greatest resource is people and they are what makes the difference. Currently we have a Paint Prepper role open on 2nd shift. The Paint Prepper will prepare crane surface areas for finish paint application. Essential functions of the position include: Load and unload material to monorail/paint booth system using fixtures and overhead cranes Operate automated and manual blast equipment to achieve specified substrate surface profiles. Minor touch up paint if need to ensure all product leaving the area is cosmetically acceptable. Applies decals and safety labels to print specifications. Operates material handling equipment to transport product and avoid damage.
