Industrial Coating Supervisor

Industrial Coating Supervisor Pay:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year The position provides leadership to coatings technicians, manages workflow, ensures safety compliance, and drives efficiency and quality improvements. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the industrial coatings department Lead, train, and assign work to coatings technicians and support staff Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection Enforce safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards Monitor material usage, equipment condition, and preventive maintenance Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and workflow Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in industrial coatings, painting, or surface finishing Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of coating materials, spray techniques, and surface preparation Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and safety data sheets Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required (technical or trade school preferred)
