Key Collision is seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Paint Technician to join our team. As a Collision Paint Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to industry standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for automotive painting and the skills to match, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform paint repairs and refinishing on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Mix and match paint colors to vehicle manufacturer specifications.

Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers.

Ensure the quality of paintwork, including color accuracy and finish texture.

Perform quality control inspections to identify and address imperfections.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and paint technology.

Collaborate with the team to meet production and repair deadlines.

Provide excellent customer service and address any paint-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Collision Paint Technician in an automotive repair or collision center.

Proficiency in mixing and applying automotive paint.

Knowledge of various painting techniques and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Automotive painting certifications are a plus.

Valid driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent.
