Full-Time - Contract to Direct Hire (90 Days) Position Summary We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Powder Coat Sprayers to join our team on 1st shift . The ideal candidate will have experience operating powder coating equipment and applying a consistent, high-quality finish to metal parts and products. Responsibilities Operate powder coating spray equipment safely and efficiently. Prepare metal parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts. Apply powder coating evenly and accurately according to specifications. Inspect finished products for proper coverage, color, and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous powder coating or industrial spray painting experience preferred. Ability to operate spray equipment and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Willingness to work as part of a team. Compensation Starting pay up to $17.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Schedule 1st Shift - Morning Start 6:00 A.M. This is a great opportunity for candidates with powder coating experience who are looking for steady, full-time work on a first-shift schedule.
