RIM is a leader in the metal fabrication industry and manufactures custom racks, containers, and engineered returnable packaging for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will operate and maintain industrial paint booth and paint spraying equipment. Equipment includes airless/air assisted paint pump and maintenance will be done by adjusting pressure, switching colors, selecting spray tips and cleaning the booth and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for meeting daily production numbers while ensuring quality standards are met. The physical requirements of this position include the ability to stand for 6+ hours per shift; constant and repetitive use of hands (pushing, pulling, simple grasping, power grasping); and constant lifting of approximately 0 to 10 lbs. The passing of a Respiratory Fit Evaluation, a pre-employment physical and drug screen, and a company administered skills test are a condition of employment.
