At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Signage Spray Painter to work with a leading company in the signage and manufacturing sector in Madison Heights. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to the production of high-quality custom signage and decorative products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift Patterns Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am and Friday 2:30pm-8:30pm as required. Overtime is required during busy months.

Training period:

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Pay Rates 21.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Signage Spray Painter More than 1 year of experience as a signage or decor spray painter. Experience painting signage, including letters, numbers, and décor pieces using a gravity-fed spray gun. Ability to operate and use gravity-fed sprayers to apply paint or primer on materials like wood, metal, plastic, or foam. Knowledge of techniques to choose the right paint, primer, or lacquer for different surfaces. Ability to maintain, clean, or change filters and spray guns during daily operations. Role for Signage Spray Painter Spray paint signs, letters, numbers, and decorative products using gravity-fed spray guns. Apply primer and paint to wood, metal, plastic, and foam materials. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency before shipment. Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot spray guns and painting equipment.
