Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired finishes Apply paint coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Ensure even and smooth application of paint, taking into account specifications and project requirements Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary touch-ups or corrections Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding paint materials, tools, and equipment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an industrial painter, preferably in a similar industry Proficient knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques Familiarity with various types of paint coatings and their applications Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, and instructions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to painting and industrial environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in painting is a plus Driver's license What we offer: Competitive compensation 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents 401k with 3% company match Overtime after 8 hours PTO And much more!
