Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM What You'll Learn & Do- Prepare parts for powder coating: clean, wash, degrease, mask, and hang
- Operate powder coat and electrostatic spray equipment per specifications
- Load/unload parts on paint line and ovens
- Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
- Inspect parts and perform touch-ups or rework as needed
- Adjust gun settings, powder flow, air pressure, and assist with color changes
- Clean and maintain spray equipment and booths
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and spray patterns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint area
- Support production flow as a line handler and package/stage finished parts
- Communicate issues to supervisors and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior powder coating or painting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate spray and line equipment
- Ability to follow written and demonstrated work instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and sit for long periods
- Comfortable working in hot or cold manufacturing environments
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays Benefits
