Job Description
Industrial Painter 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM About the Role We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing, masking, and painting parts using liquid spray paint systems while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and production. Responsibilities Mix and prepare paint according to specifications Rack, mask, blast, and prepare parts for painting Apply liquid paint using spray guns in paint booths Measure and verify coating thickness to quality standards Perform sandblasting and other surface preparation tasks Support powder coating and other finishing operations as needed Use computers to track jobs and update production status Read basic blueprints and work instructions Follow all safety, PPE, and ITAR requirements Assist in other production areas when workload requires Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial painting experience Experience with paint preparation, masking, and spray application Familiarity with paint booths, blasting, and surface preparation Ability to inspect and measure coating thickness Basic computer skills Ability to read work instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Cerakote experience is highly preferred Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
