This is a 2nd Shift
  • 4 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday opportunity.

Referral Program Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Paint complex manufactured parts per work instructions and blueprint specifications Masking/ Part
  • Marking prepping part for paint Assist with internal and external audits in paint department Mix paint necessary to perform the task Clean and perform necessary maintenance on all equipment Complete necessary paperwork and checklists Maintain paint minimizer May be responsible for hazardous waste handling Maintain a safe, clean organized work area Assure and maintain a consistent, acceptable level of individual quality and performance May be required to work in other departments or on other shifts, as assigned by lead
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints General understanding of the basics of spray painting, mixing paint, and cleaning equipment Must have the ability to follow written or verbal work instructions Thorough knowledge of specifications and processes that pertain to military and commercial standards and all quality requirements Knowledge and experience in powder coating Must know whereabouts and have access to MSDS information for all chemicals and paints present in the working area Team oriented Ability to identify problems and offer solutions Organized Effective communications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Painting experience 2nd Shift
  • 4 pm to 2:30 am
  • Monday through Thursday
  • Shift Premium $2.
