HELP WANTED
Painter Prep/Body Shop Technician Anderson and Koch Ford - North Branch, MN Are you looking to start a career in the automotive collision repair industry? Anderson and Koch Ford is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career in a modern, customer-focused body shop.
What You'll Do:
Assist technicians with vehicle body repairs and refinishing preparation Perform sanding, masking, disassembly, and reassembly tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Learn proper repair procedures and safety practices Support the team in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required
