Final Paint- 2nd Shift Flyer paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Minnesota, St. Cloud 6200 Glenn Carlson Drive (Show on map) Sep 02, 2026 Reporting to the CAD Cell Leader(s), this position will develop extensive skills and knowledge of Flyer paint processes to aid the department in fixing paint snags on completed products before sales. This role specializes in performing intricate repairs while expediting the paint snag correction process. This position aids the CAD department through completing these repairs with minimal interruption to CAD processes ensuring Flyer of America can produce the highest quality paint finishes in the most efficient manner possible. Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Be able to perform the tasks of a Painter Assistant position. 2. Prepare multiple surfaces for priming and painting. 3. Develop knowledge and skill to use the paint mix system and properly log in paint and material usage. 4. Develop a complete understanding of quality paint standards to ensure that the paint finishes produced. 5. Become acquainted and continuously follow all painting safety policies and procedures on the job. 6. Develop specialized skill in fixing interior paint snags such as scratches, light panel issues and other miscellaneous issues. 7. Ability to fix interior paint snags with minimal disruption to CAD processes. 8. Develop extensive knowledge of paint products used and the ability to discern how to best use them to fix issues without a standard process. Benefits Starting wage of $26.40 per hour + $1.75 shift differential per union contract
