$22/hr+ What You'll Do Prepare concrete surfaces (cleaning, grinding, patching, repairs) Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatings Operate grinders, mixers, rollers, and basic tools Maintain clean, safe work areas Work collaboratively to meet quality and project deadlines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent No experience required—training provided Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable working in construction environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to the Waseca site and Southern MN projects Willingness to travel at least 1 week per month Compensation & Benefits $22+/hr depending on experience $5/hr weekend bonus Quarterly bonuses Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid for travel time to and from job sites Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waseca, MN.
