This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys painting and finishing work and wants to learn large-format digital printing, or an experienced printer operator who would like to expand their skills into painting and finishing using HVLP spray equipment. We're open to candidates from either of these backgrounds: Experience operating digital flatbed or large-format printers and an interest in painting/finishing work, or Experience with automotive, garage, hobby, or spray painting and a willingness to learn digital printing technology. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to learn new skills, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate and maintain large-format digital flatbed printers Prepare materials for printing Paint sign blanks using HVLP equipment Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance Assist with final assembly and packaging when time permits Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines Ideal Candidate Experience with digital printing equipment or painting/spray finishing Automotive painting, garage painting, hobby painting, body shop, woodworking finishing, or related experience is a plus Mechanically inclined and capable of learning new equipment and processes. Strong multi-tasking skills. Must be comfortable juggling multiple projects and switching between tasks throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail and quality, without becoming overwhelmed.
