Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Check paint, acetone, and catalyst levels daily. Apply paint to doors, frames and misc. product. Maintaining spray equipment and booths.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help other departments as needed Clean up Watching line Housekeeping - booth, paper, etc.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proper and consistent spray technique Identify and know colors Product knowledge Reading paperwork Good communication skills Follow instructions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year previous experience
Daily Work Expectations:
To work together with other sprayers to get daily production needs met before cleanup. Meet quality of work to customer expectations. Finish day's production. Work at a steady pace. Maintain clean work area. Quality checks. Assist other areas as needed. Daily clean up.
Work Environment/Conditions:
Prefinish facility. Spray booths. Heated, non-air conditioned shop. Concrete floors.
Required Work Hours:
Flex schedule according to workload (35-60 hour weeks) Monday-Friday with typical start time between 6:00-8:00 am. End time varies with production needs.
PPE Required:
Safety glasses. Respirator when spraying.
