Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM to 12:15 AM Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 Job Overview Our client in Burlington, NC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint / Powder Coater to join their team. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality, durable finishes on a variety of products. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and priming materials prior to coating Mix and apply paint or powder coatings using spray equipment Operate powder coating systems including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens Ensure proper coating thickness, adhesion, and overall finish quality Perform quality checks to meet customer specifications and standards Schedule and coordinate production runs based on color and order demand Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Troubleshoot coating issues and adjust processes as needed Work closely with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Previous experience in industrial painting or powder coating preferred Knowledge of coating materials, application techniques, and curing processes Ability to operate spray equipment and related machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Experience working with metal surfaces Certification in powder coating or industrial painting is a plus Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance What's Offered Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including health insurance and paid time off 4-day workweek with consistent schedule Opportunity for growth and skill development We are an equal opportunity employer.
