Burlington, NC Medical, Vision, Dental available 401K and Referral Bonus Program Job Description Powder Painter / Coater the candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and durability of our finished products by applying paint and powder coatings to a variety of materials. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and dedication.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting or powder coating by cleaning, masking, and priming as necessary Mix, match and apply paint or powder coatings using sprayers and other specialized tools Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns, ovens, and booths Ensure proper thickness and adhesion of coating, conducting quality check to meet customer Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in industrial painting or power coating, preferably in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of paint/powder coating materials, application techniques, and curing process Ability to operate and maintain spray equipment and related machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast - paced environment .

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
