Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking someone to join our Custom Motorcycle Paint Shop. We are looking for someone to be responsible for wet sanding, buffing and polishing newly painted motorcycle parts to ensure they are in pristine condition for deliver or assembly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about motorcycles, takes pride in their work and is looking to become active in the custom motorcycle scene. There is room for potential growth in this position. This is entry level and we will train the right person. Extremely flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wet sanding, buffing, and polishing to enhance the appearance of motorcycles
• Inspect parts for any damages or imperfections and report them to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
