Saturdays Full Job Description:

Waypoint Vehicle Upfitters is hiring an Entry Level Spray-On Bedliner Technician to join our growing team. You'll be prepping projects and applying spray-on bedliners with precision and care to vehicles used for work, adventure, and everything in between. We spray a ton of spray on bedliners in truck beds, but we also spray many special projects such as jeep and truck interiors, fender flares, bumpers, trailers, and more. Who We're Looking For If you're a hard worker, have a good work ethic, and a great attitude that is all you need. We will teach you the rest. No experience is necessary for this job! But you must work well in a team, have a sharp eye for detail, respect for process, and be ready to level up your career in a fast-growing company. You must be self motivated and have a constant desire to achieve.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing surfaces and applying bedliners, primers, and topcoats using specialized spray equipment Maintaining cleanliness and safety in work areas Working efficiently to meet daily production goals Collaborating with a team that values accountability and excellence

Qualifications:

Experience in auto paint, body shop, or bedliner application (Preferred but not required) High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Experience with surface prep, masking, and HVLP or bedliner spray equipment (Preferred but not required) Hard worker and self motivated
