Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Prep to support the refinishing and paint department. This position plays a key role in preparing vehicle components for paint application, ensuring color accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, and other refinishing tools to complete high-quality work. Assist with paint preparation, including color tinting and mixing to achieve accurate color matches. Ensure all paint formulations, preparation, top coating, and curing processes meet OEM standards and manufacturer guidelines. Spray test panels to confirm proper color matching before production. Assist with body prep work and surface preparation as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standards. Support team operations and perform additional duties as needed to meet business demands.
