Painter Leading 90-year-old, New York Metal Fabrication Company is seeking a

Industrial Spray Painter Job Responsibilities:

Preparation, Painting and Finishing of Metal Products Job Duties:

Prepare and paint metal surfaces using spray-painting equipment Mix paints according to manufacturer's specifications Inspect surfaces for any needed repairs Sand, mask, blend and finish to match surrounding areas and retouch paint as necessary Use of appropriate PPE (Respiratory Protection, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes, Gloves, Clothing, As Directed) Adherence to company rules, safety program, standards and guidelines Adherence to supervisor's direction Willingness to learn and be involved in various phases of production

Qualifications:

Two years' experience with spray painting Knowledge of paints, thinners and cleaners Ability to identify materials by type and thickness Ability to work overtime when required Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.

$1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
