Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and paint cabinets and other items. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed. Operate spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths, to apply finishes such as paints, stains, and lacquers. Mix and match colors to meet design specifications. Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and touch up as necessary. Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in cabinetry or woodworking. Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment. Knowledge of different paint types, including stains, lacquers, and enamels. Attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:
