Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Industrial Painter, where your expertise will bring precision and quality to our industrial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to a variety of metal and fabricated components, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Your skills in handling materials, operating painting equipment, and understanding manufacturing is essential in delivering top-tier results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and become a valuable part of our team Responsibilities Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Operate airless paint sprayers, spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply coatings efficiently and evenly. Use hand tools, power tools, to assist with surface preparation and repair as needed. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting activities. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used Requirements Proven experience in industrial or commercial painting environments with knowledge of airless spray a must. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating thickness and surface preparation. Experience with airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable.
