Cavelli Painting is a high-end residential and commercial painting company serving Northeast Ohio. We are growing fast and need an experienced lead painter who can operate spray equipment and run a job site independently. This is immediate, full-time work. We have jobs lined up and need someone who can start now. What you'll do: Operate airless spray equipment on interior and exterior jobs Run job sites independently with minimal supervision Prep surfaces, apply primer and finish coats to professional standards Communicate professionally with clients on site What we offer: $40/hour Immediate start All tools and materials provided Consistent full-time work on high-end properties Work with a professional, detail-oriented team

Requirements:
