The Spraying Associate is responsible for mixing paints to match precise color specifications, applying primers and finish coatings to prepared surfaces, and monitoring the painting process to ensure quality. This role also includes hand-retouching as needed and performing additional duties to support overall production and finish standards.

Shift:

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm (overtime as business requires).

Pay:

$23.50/hr+

Key Responsibilities:

Mix paints to achieve precise color specifications based on project requirements. Spray primers and finish coatings evenly on prepared surfaces using proper techniques. Monitor painted surfaces for flaws and correct imperfections as needed. Perform hand-painting and touch-ups to ensure a consistent and high-quality finish. Complete additional tasks as assigned to support painting and production operations.
