Duration•12 Months (Contract to hire) Job Summary Individual will powder coat a wide range of products. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified powder coater to work with a great company that offers excellent benefits. Job Qualifications Relevant work experience; Painting, powder coating, or trade school completion Perform standard math add, subtract, multiply, and divide Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for operation of powder coat system; including, loading powder, spraying powder, hanging and unhanging un-coated products, and operation of ovens. Responsible for performing powder coat setup; including, changing powders, adjustments to powder handgun, etc. Responsible for conformance with quality specifications. Ability to assist others in performing powder, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities. Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of powder coat operations. Preferred Skills Detail-oriented Ability to pay close attention to specifics to ensure a quality product is being produced. Mechanically inclined Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar and unfamiliar. Perform standard math Individual needs to able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments. Reasoning ability Ability to think, reflect, and make decision to overcome obstacles. Other Qualification Must be able to lift 35/lbs.
