THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter who takes pride in their craftsmanship to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be creating the flawless finishes that help our lighting products stand out in the marketplace.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply precise, high-quality powder coating to metal components Prepare surfaces through cleaning and preparation techniques Maintain an organized, clean work area and equipment Monitor and maintain powder coating supplies and inventory Perform quality checks to ensure exceptional standards Collaborate with assembly teams to meet production goals Other duties as production needs require

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality (more important than prior powder coating experience!) Excellent attention to detail and consistency Basic math, reading, and reasoning abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment Self-motivation with capability to work independently or collaboratively Physical stamina to stand throughout the workday Reliability and consistent attendance for 40-hour workweeks (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Focus and discipline to maintain productivity without phone distractions
