DOT Drug Test Required Small Parts Paint Prep (Manufacturing)
  • Must-Have Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass DOT drug test (safety-sensitive role) Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to follow instructions and work at a steady production pace Comfortable using hand tools and cleaning solvents Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Small Parts Paint Prep (Manufacturing)•Position Summary Responsible for preparing small metal parts for paint and coating processes Ensures parts are properly cleaned, smoothed, and masked for high-quality finishing Supports a steady, production-based manufacturing workflow in a clean and structured environment Small Parts Paint Prep (Manufacturing)•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean parts using approved solvents to remove oil, grease, and contaminants Sand and smooth surfaces using hand tools and small power tools Remove imperfections to ensure proper paint adhesion Mask and tape parts for paint/coating application Inspect parts for surface quality before moving to next process Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and production standards Support additional duties as assigned Small Parts Paint Prep (Manufacturing)•Additional Qualifications Manufacturing or paint prep experience preferred Experience in production, assembly, or finishing work is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow within manufacturing operations #
