🔥 Blaster 🔥 Steel Fabrication | Full‑Time | 2nd Shift | $18/hour This role is critical to ensuring structural steel meets surface preparation and coating specifications while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. 🎯 What You'll Do Operate abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, mill scale, and contaminants Prepare steel surfaces to required profiles for painting and coating Inspect materials before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Support production flow while maintaining a clean, safe work area ✅ Must‑Have Skills Hands‑on experience operating abrasive blasting equipment in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to prepare steel surfaces to required specifications Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements ⭐ Nice‑to‑Have Experience Structural steel fabrication experience Knowledge of surface preparation standards Forklift or crane experience Paint or coating shop experience Additional Skills a

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 4:00 AM Loud, non‑climate‑controlled steel manufacturing facility Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.78 - $18.03/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
