Now Hiring:

Powder Coater ? Tulsa Area Monday-Friday | 4:30 AM-1:00 PM ? $16+/hour, based on experience ️ Overtime is required when necessary, including some Saturdays We're looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join a custom job shop. This position applies powder coatings to various products to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant finish.

Requirements:

Electrostatic coating experience required Must be able to perform color changes in a custom job shop environment Experience setting up and operating powder coating equipment Comfortable working in a hot flocking room — employees rotate as needed Bilingual is a plus Dependable and able to work required overtime when necessary

Job Duties:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and booths Select, prepare, and load powder according to color and job specifications Apply powder coatings evenly and accurately to achieve the desired finish Monitor adhesion and coverage throughout the coating process Adjust sprayer valves and nozzles as needed Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Follow all safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area ?
