$23 to $25+/hr to start with performance increases

Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do:
This is a role where you will be challenged to prep, sandblast, and apply protective coatings or finishes to surfaces such as machinery, equipment, infrastructure, buildings, and other industrial structures. This company primarily uses Air Assist and or, Airless applications. What's in it for

Have:
2+ years of experience of industrial painting Experience of paint and zinc-based coatings on steel Must be able to read industrial blueprints Ability to operate all spray equipment used in the plant Ability to read/use Mill Thickness Gauges & other testing devices Experience with Zinc is a plus Reliable transportation Preferred skilled sets: Sandblasting skills are a plus Knowledge of thickness gauge Knowledge of performing a blotter test
