Job Title:
Industrial Painter Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. This role involves preparing metal products for paint, setting up spray painting equipment, and applying coatings to parts. You will perform various painting and coating processes, prepare parts for paint and inspection, and maintain necessary documentation for manufacturing and environmental compliance. Responsibilities Prepare metal products for painting by using appropriate tools and techniques. Set up and operate spray painting guns for coating parts. Perform a variety of painting and coating processes, including paint prep and powder coating. Work from drawings, orders, and instructions to determine the processes and procedures to be used. Prepare parts for inspection and ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain all painting equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Document all necessary information for manufacturing and environmental purposes. Essential Skills 2+ years of Industrial Painting Experience or Powder Coating. Experience in Paint Preparation. Booth painting experience. Experience with HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray painting. Proficiency in Paint Mixing. Experience with CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience painting large quantities of small parts is a plus. Why Work Here? Join a dynamic team in a cutting-edge metal plating facility. Be prepared for varying temperatures, as the facility can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Berlin, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
